Yoga therapy

Yoga, but it actually knows you.

One hour with your instructor who's been watching your week. The hip stuff, the sleep stuff, the thing you wrote in the tracker on Sunday night. Designed for you, before you show up.

What you get.

Three things, all of them designed for you, all of them watched by your instructor.

One-on-one sessions.

An hour with your instructor, in-studio or live over video. The session is built around your week. No class to follow along to.

A practice your instructor watches.

You log your daily movement and how you're feeling. Your instructor reads the log on Sunday night and writes back. The work between sessions is not on you alone.

Lessons, recorded for you.

Short sequences your instructor films for your practice. The library grows as you do. What's there reflects where you are now, not a generic catalog.

You might be here because.

You finished six weeks of physical therapy for that knee on Tuesday and have no plan for next week. We do.

Three months postpartum. The postnatal class is genuinely nice and genuinely not what your pelvic floor needs.

You've been told you're too tight, too weak, or too injured for yoga by enough studios that you stopped trying. (It's a dosing problem, not a body problem.)

You've outgrown drop-in classes but a 1:1 personal trainer feels wrong for what you actually want. The thing in between is what we do.

You have chronic pain. A class can't reach what you need. You want a clinical eye on a practice you can actually keep doing.

How a practice begins.

  1. Tell us about your body.

A short waitlist form. Goals, what's flared up, what's calmed down, anything we should know. Two minutes.

  2. Connect with your instructor.

If your instructor is on QNS Yoga, ask them for an invitation. If you don't have one yet, tell us about your body and what you're working on, and we'll be in touch as our roster grows.

  3. Practice tuned, week by week.

The session is designed around your tracker entries. The lessons in your library reflect where you actually are. The work moves with you.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a yoga studio?

A studio teaches a class for the average body in the room. We design an hour for the person in front of us. Your instructor knows your body, knows your week, and shapes the session accordingly. The habit tracker carries the conversation between sessions, and the lesson library gives you something to practice with on the days you're not training one-on-one.

Do I have to be local?

In-studio sessions happen at our location. Remote clients work live over video, same one-on-one structure, same instructor reading your tracker. Either works.

What's it cost?

Pricing comes from your instructor and depends on their practice. We share specifics in your first conversation. Drop your name on the for-clients page and we'll be in touch.
